The only thing that holds Billy Banks back is to me the bland looking store and, though I hate to say it. The customer service. It seems as though they are always annoyed or angry, which makes customers feel a bit unsettled. Though I'm sure the workers are great people it would do them a great deal of benefit to work on customer service skills. From point a to point b the customer should feel invited and welcome in the environment. Anyway, keep up the good food billy banks, you are a great local establishment.
